Looking for a premium tailgate experience?
We coordinate with RevelXP to help guests arrange catered tailgates in prime Beaver Stadium lots. Guests staying in the homes we manage can also request neighborhood shuttle arrangements to the stadium.

Level 2 EV Charging — Atherton Street Only
Some stays at our Atherton Street home include access to a dedicated J1772 Level 2 EV charger. Charge overnight and start your day with a full battery.
Compatible with Tesla (with adapter), Rivian, Ford, and most EVs.
This service is exclusive to the Atherton Street home and must be requested at booking.
